Hi My Husband Has Transfer Kidney From His Brother About

my husband has transfer kidney from his brother about 11 years ago .
now his cratinin level increase from 2 to 2.58 with in 6 months and urine level increase from 60 to 70
his ultra sound shows everything normal
but his scan shows delay and decreased perfusion .
i want to know is it the sign of chronic rejects?
