Hi, My Husband Is A 51 Year Old Aa With

hi, my husband is a 51 year old aa with diabetes, hypothyroidism. he has been complaining of sever pressure around the forehead, like a squeezing feeling or tight wrap around his head. also like brain is floating in water, a sloshing in fluid. he had a MRI that showed swollen sinus. he is being treated for that now in hopes to get a CT scan approved. he is miserable . any ideas?
