Hi, My Labium Minor Has Small Flesh Like Bumps And

hi, my labium minor has small flesh like bumps and after having sex (protected) the next day it just feels irritated...really feels as if i had sex with and open wound down there. ive had these bumps for about a year and a half now and all my gyn doctors says its nothing its normal all tests came back negative and good. but right now its feeling a bit irritated...help please
