Hi My Last Lmp Was On Feb 15 And Had

hi my last lmp was on feb 15 and had spotting in march 8 for 2 days and it was very very light and little. had beta hcg april 4 and negative had tvs on april15 and was polycystic ovaries then was on duphaston for 5 days and last night was my last dose. while taking the dose, felt of really bad cramping on left lower abdomen. is there any significance of that? am i pregnant? appreciate for your quick response.. thanks!
