Hi My Left Foot Has Been Hurting For A Few

hi my left foot has been hurting for a few weeks when i walk. i mightve stepped wrong and felt a crack but i dont think its broke. if i touch the top middle of my foot and rub to the 4th toe is where it is a little sore and on the outside if i bent my step inward. it is not too painful just a little sore. i also feel a pull above the back of my knee when i walk
