Hi My Mom Has Involuntary Muscle Contortions,it Stars With Her

hi my mom has involuntary muscle contortions,it stars with her feeling very hot to where she cant get cooled down then her legs lock up her ankles turn in her arms lock up her hands turn in her shoulders lock up her jaw juts to the left and locks up she has trouble breathing and gets a lot of pressure in her head. she is conscious the whole time. she has seen many neurologists and they all have given up. they tell her to take loasapram(not sure on the spelling) to treet the condition but is only a temporary fix. this has been going on of and on for over 4 years. i would greatly appreciate yalls insight.
