my mother has pain abdomen right lower side intermittent and more in early morning,doughy feeling of abdomen and palpable right inguinal lymph nodes.on ultrasonography, mesenteric lymph nodes positive largest measuring about 2.5 cm. FNAC of right inguinal lymph node showed granulomatous inflammation but AFB not seen. what should i do next.
