Hi My Mum Has A Melanoma Mass In Her Right

hi my mum has a melanoma mass in her right lung she has lost a lot of weight only weighing about 35kg she hardly eats but is drinking she feels sick a lot of the time she has been taking motilium and metoclopramide for nausea she seems to be very drowsey would both of these meds have this affect on her. we are not sure what to do I know she will get weaker and weaker as time goes on so is this just what will be happening to her as she gets sicker. please help.
