Hi My Mum Has A Swollen Hand And Arm Infection

hi my mum has a swollen hand and arm infection the doctor has said 2 weeks ago.
she also has a rtapped nerve in the neck.
1st treatment antibootics pain killers did not work.
2nd treatment different antibotics, tramadol with Dimazpan 2nd day, crying out with the pain every night.
2nd day of the 2nd treatment, if this does not work the last resort od Mofene.
