Hi My Name Is Arii, I Am Becoming Unhappy With

hi my name is Arii, I am becoming unhappy with my tummy, I'm not sure if it is me putting on weight on something is actually wrong. I have had Radiotherapy last month, and a thyroidectomy. could this be from my thyroid, or a need for me to loose weight, I don't eat a lot of junk, fatty foods, but I do like my food. I have never had this before, my upper tummy seems bloated all the time looks like I'm pregnant or more rounder tummy, and uncomfortable, it is not sore, but I don't like it
