Hi My Name Is Ellicia, I Have Currently Gone Cold

hi my name is Ellicia, i have currently gone cold turkey (apart from a slip up of 3 tokes of marijuana) from a mixture of drugs including MDMA, pills, cocaine, alcohol, marijuana and ketamine. i am still smoking cigarettes but amazing for only 2-3 a day as it will be too much if not. i have noticed a strange colouring (bright orange) to my urine and am getting bad stomach cramps down the left hand side of my stomach from below the ribs to the pelvis. i am also extremely fatigued and have up and down mood swings. what may be the reason for this discolouration of urine (i am keeping hydrated and not taking any extra vitamins, also have a 100% vegan diet) and also for the pain. how can i help the mood swings? many thanks
