Hi My Name Is Safiya And I Just Turned 18.

hi my name is Safiya and I just turned 18. I have realized that I have lost alot of weight which I'm not comfortable with. A friend told me about trying peritol to aid in gaining that weight back. I'm asking for your advice on using this peritol as my solution and advice me on how I should take this peritol as I bought 2 dozen but haven't started to take them.
