Hi My Name Is Susana Since I Was 13 I

hi my name is Susana since I was 13 I have had small bumps on my hands that itch and have clear liquid come out from them when I scratch them too hard. they come and go and I put ice on it to help stop the itching but they wont go away. I am 17 and I need help figuring out what they are and how I can get rid of them/treat them. I would love to here back from you soon
