Hi My Name Is Adrian Im Having Really Bad Cramps

hi my name is adrian im having really bad cramps in my vaginal wall and my lower and upper abdominal it comes in waves and i have been spotting the beginning of the month it was way to early and i had a strange discharge that has been grayesh brownesh and recently i woke up in severe pain in my vaginal wall and lower and upper abdominal i started bleeding lightly and iv been very weak and peeing alot more i feel alot of pressure and have been extrimly tired really emotional and really dizzy and light headed please help me i have no one else to go to and my breast have been so sore iv never had these problems and iv had fever chills and hot sweats im i pregnant or am i having misscarage
