hi my name is betty jo,iam 68 yrs old,i have lumbar spinal stenosis,i have for yrs,but its getting really bad now ,i can only stand up for a few minutes and the pain is so bad its almost takes my breath away,i dont want to have surgery,is there any thing else i can do to relieve pain?
