Hi, My Name Is Chris I Currently Have W Ruptured

hi, my name is chris I currently have w ruptured disc and 2 other disc that are herniated. I'm 29 years old and have had this injury since I was 21. I have done everything you can think of from PT to epidural injections and nothing seems to help. I am in constant pain. I'm currently on fentyal 75 mcg patch and Norco 10mg and I have constant break through pain. its making my life miserable and I'm not exactly sure how to bring the subject up to my doctor of possibly getting on something stronger or even longer lasting, I also was born with club feet had surgery when I was 6 months old and I think that has some play with my pain because I have a bad foundation with my feet
