Hi My Name Is Eric I Have Never Been Clinically

hi my name is eric I have never been clinically diagnosed however I have 5 meds lorazepam, trazadone, abilify, olanzapine, Seroquel...my question is do I continue taking these meds or see a doctor to get properly diagnosed ? in the past I have expressed symptyoms of bipolar behavior and paranoia but that was because I was abusing methamphetamine, heroin, and heavy marijuana user...what do I do ?
