Hi My Name Is Jacob Ive Been Exserienceing This Lump

hi my name is jacob ive been exserienceing this lump feeling in my throught/neck all after one night at work i had a panic attack beacuse i thought i took toomuch asprin ,so i go to the hospital they xray my neck say that theres nothing there and gave me some clonazepam and cipralex ive been takeing them for 2 days now and i still wake up with a fast heartrate wich follows by sweaty hands and the lump feeling i dont know if iam haveing a bad reaction to the drugs or if its another problem beacuse iam not hyperventilatig or anything
