hi my name is lyndsay vernon since yesterday i have been feeling light headed and dizzy cant stand sit or walk as the light headed and dizziness gets worse. my blood pressure is 103/70 and my blood sugar is 5.8 i have had the feeling since yesterday what is it caused by and is is serious should i go to the hospital or not please help thanking you
