Hi My Name Is Nolan Powers, For The Last Ten

hi my name is nolan Powers, for the last ten day I've had this aggravation in my left ear, that has progressively gotten worse over the last 10 days. At first i thought it was a zit that may have been infected but now it has swollen to the point where the ear canal is very small causing me pain and discomfort. its soar when i touch directly on the spot or behind my ear. what do you recommend i do for a home remedy as my insurance sucks. or do you think it will require an antibiotic?
