hi my name is rachel. i had my son 3 years ago and at my 6 week check up apt after having him i had the nexplonon implant birth control put in my arm and about a year later i had it removed. for the last 2 years my husband and i have been trying to conceive. i only have a period maybe once every couple months. what can i do to help my periods come on so i can ovulate?
