Hi ! My Name's Amir And I Have 19 Years

hi ! my name's amir and i have 19 years old. sicne 3 years ago i had mvp. i visit a doctor for a checkup and he said your heart has a good situation and i should not be worried . i attached my Echo result.
i need to mention that when i run, i feel a pain my chest . in the first it's just pain and no Shortness of breath but when i do very very hard, i comes with Shortness of breath.

should i be worried or not ? this is messing with my head.
