Hi. My Niece Has Tinea Versicolor And Today A Red

hi. my niece has tinea versicolor and today a red rash appeared on her face. the other areas are chest, back. went to dermatologist, diag. as tv. but the face rash is quite severe. uses very high end cosmetics, is watching diet to cut simple sugars and dairy and nuts. Could the face rash be associated?? Thanks for any help you can provide. age - 45.
