hi, my period was supposed to start on the 22nd, but I was surprised it started on the 18th with very few drops, it stopped after some minutes and drops, there was nothing on the 19th at all, finally, it came back on the 20th, it was very normal on the 20th but I was expecting it to continue on the 21st, to my greatest surprise, the flow is not encouraging, something pinches and pulls me just below my abdomen and especially on the left side below my abdomen, this pulling is just a slight one, and I had serious cramps before the period showed up on the 18th, I feel a little nausea too, am I safe
