Hi My Pharmacy Is Closed And I Have A 3

hi my pharmacy is closed and i have a 3 year old that i am watch for the night. I have crohns and i am cramping very badly. I need to take something to stop the pain but I dont want to take my loratab or percocet as I have the 3 year old. Would it be safe to take librax for the cramping or would that knock me out if the 3 year old wakes up I want to be able to care for him
