Hi My Problem Started Years Ago When Knees To Feet

hi my problem started years ago when knees to feet were cod as ice and painfull after sitting or standing recently now my whole body feels cold and very painfull but my body tempt is normal my family dr suggested I have sugar diabetes and put me on metaphormin 500 mlg fast reaction tabs after taking them 1 week im still ice cold inside bones from shoulders to feet are ice cold still what is causing this?
