Hi, My Right Nipple Changed And It Seems Flatten And

hi, my right nipple changed and it seems flatten and cracked. i also expirience heat on that breast and opposite from upper back. i had lymph nodes swollen from both armpit and also my right breast got swollen and red. i went for check up and doc gave me antibiotics. after a week of antibiotic my swollen lymph nodes and breast went back to normal. but the pain from my breast continued so i went back to see doc again and sent me for breast ultrasound. when the ultrasound result came out doc said nothing to worry its just cyst and that everything is ok.
but now i have been expiriencing terible pain from breast, armpit,upper back all the way to my shoulder and arm. somtimes they feel numb also.
