Hi My Sgot Is 42 And Sgpt Is 36 This

hi my sgot is 42 and sgpt is 36 this year. they are still in the normal range according to the normal range on the report. my past 15 years blood tests all showed sgot between 20-30 and sgpt 17-25. should I be concerned about this big increase this year ?
