Hi My Sister Lost Her Spleen In A Motorbike Accident

hi my sister lost her spleen in a motorbike accident years ago and got malaria last week, she is out of hospital now but not doing well. liver count above 300. she is nausious, sore stomach, weak, pale, no appitite. we live in zim not sure how good treatment is here and what treatment she should have. please advise
