Hi My Son( 2 Years) Is Suffering From Loose Motion

hi my son( 2 years) is suffering from loose motion (very much watery and full of mucus which isslightly pinkish is observed)and fever. what can be the immediate remedy for this. I heard that milk should not be given to him at this time... but he never eats anything. kindly prescribe me the diet and medicine for immediate cure
