Hi, My Son Administered CPR To A Man Who Passed

hi, my son administered CPR to a man who passed away and later found out he was an Aids patient. My son was taken to ER and received two prescriptions to prevent getting the VIH virus. For 28 days, he has to take 6 Kaletra 200-50 MG pills twice a day + 1 dose of Combivir 150MG/300 MG twice a day. Total of 14 pills per day. This is his third day and he is constantly sleeping, can stay awake for two minutes and back to sleep. He also complains about stomach ache and his lower back pain. Please let me know if these are normal side effects and how much longer he has to go through this condition.
