Hi. My Son Is 2 & 1/2 Years Old. Last

hi. my son is 2 & 1/2 years old. last three months he is suffering from vomiting problem (at least one meal per day is being vomitted out) and is diagonized with gastroentritis reflux problem. junior lanzol 15 tablet was given for 6 weeks and he was alright during that time. after stopping the medicine as per doctor's advice same problem has again started and lanzol 15 is prescribed for one month. How far this medicine can be given? When the problem i can expect to get alright? is there any additional medicine to be given along with lanzol 15? regards.
