Hi My Son Is 33 He Has Gout About Once

hi my son is 33 he has gout about once a month, he is not sure of his trigger. he has a son 11 years old who after 6 months of pain was diagnosed with gallstones. tonight my son has his eight-year-old sonat the ER with the same stomach pains.they have and Artesian well at their home for drinking water.my son also has two daughters they have no symptoms. just grasping at straws, any thoughts or ideas looking for help!
