hi my son is 9 years wit high fever 102.00 last night ,we have been prescribed Meftal P syrup and gave him last night can we give him again as the fever came in the morning and we gave him P250 syrup.now at 3.00 pm the fever is come back is it safe to give Meftal-p or children Advil.please suggest as morning he vomited ...thanks
