Hi, My Son Is Teething At The Minute And Dribbles

hi, my son is teething at the minute and dribbles a lot, however every so often either my wife or i find little soft lumps of gel forms in his dribble on the floor, he seems perfectly health and is not bothered by the teething, i am curious as to want these little gel like clumps could be?
