my stomach growls and make noises every day.even if i just ate something it growls.also i have a lot of gas.sometimes when i breathe deeply i can make it growl.i tried a lot of medicine but it only made it worse and sometimes when i got hungry it start tigtens up and hurting.can you please help me?thanks
