Hi My Tmt Shows Normal I Do Tmt About 9min

hi my tmt shows normal i do tmt about 9min and 5 sec my dr says your tmt is negative. but i feel cold burning sensations in left side of chest after that i go for 2nd opinion and dr suggested a echo. my echo is also normal. should i go for further tests
