Hi My Wife Is 12 Weeks Pregnant And By Mistake

hi my wife is 12 weeks pregnant and by mistake she have put adol suppository 250mg instead of cyclogest 400mg, then in the morning she had a blood spotting and she was check by a doctor and ultrasound was done they said everything is fine. but doctor have no idea abot the adol incident, so we would like to know if there's or what is the side effect of that adol suppository 250mg to the baby.
