Hi My Wife Is Feeling Ill She Said Her Head

hi my wife is feeling ill she said her head feels like its doing flip flops in her head .an every time heart beats it feels like a dart was thrown in the middle of my for head ?a lil dizzy or should i say off balance she is also a lil warm more than normal haven't taken any vitals at this point cause i don't have the equipment to do so
