Hi, Myself Suresh Sonar From Ambernath ,my Age Is 39

hi, myself suresh sonar from ambernath ,my age is 39 and weight is 69 and height is 5'11".i have undergone a spinel surgery of L4,L5 (lumber disectomy) in year 2012.after 3 month i am not getting proper sleep.i am an early rise bird.i wake up early morning at 4am.so my whole day i feel lazy and i have weak memory and could not concentrate on my work.please suggest and advice me treatment .thanks
