Hi, Nearly Two Weeks Ago I Was Fine And Then

nearly two weeks ago I was fine and then suddenly I had to pee and felt pain, then immediate back pain, then it worsened almost instantly... while peeing it felt like razormade rocks were coming out of me, then I started peeing and blood clots were seen... I drank lemon water, apple cider vinegar, then developed fever which went away very quickly... within hours pain while urinating went away, but blood was still visible... well now I have no pain but my legs arms hands feet are numb and tingling and I am still seeing blood in my urine... my vision is blurred and has been for some time... I had thyroidectomy back in june and forgot to take my calcium pills... maybe not forgot but didn't take them... I have been taking them now for a few days... I have no insurance as I was laid off in july... what is happening to me?
