Hi Ok I Have Some Issues That Are Not Sitting

hi ok I have some issues that are not sitting well with me and some people don't seem to listen when I tell them what is going on. I have been having chest pains and abdominal pains for a while now and ive had this knot in my head that I thought was due to stress and when I went to the hospital they said it was a swollen lymph node and that I had two of them. I seen a surgeon today and he said one of them is psoriasis and the other one is a swollen lymph node due to infection. if this is true then why do I have chest pains and stomach pains and sweating all the time? I never have an energy to do anything. I also was recently diagnosed with a baker's cyst but could that have been confused in any way and that it may also be a swollen lymph node?
