Hi On Friday I Saw That I Had A Bump

hi on Friday I saw that I had a bump on the otter lip of my vagina it hut when I touched it. then saw I had more. yesterday I felt I had more and some looked with it has water and pus and others were just like bumps. the bumps where growing around the vagina on the otter and inner lip like in the middle. I'm scared it might be something bad today I didn't feel like more grow but now that I pee it hurts and when I sit down. me and my partner don't have any sickness. months ago I went to the doctor to get cheated but the urine and they said it mas normal. what do u think I have? can I do things at home to stop it? I cant go to the doctor now because of economic problems.
