Hi On My Day 14 Of My Menstrual Cycle I

hi on my day 14 of my menstrual cycle i went to my oby to get a tranvaginal ultrasound and we found out that i have a polycystic feauture in my both ovaries but I have one dominant follicle in my right side 1.3cm size .
im confuse do i have a pcos? can i concieve in the future?
