patient 83 male. discharged from 12 day of heavy antibots..bactrin, penicillin. angry in hosp. lashed out at wife, nurse stopped him. wrote out report. got him home and he ranted and raved at famil. Said wife had always bee unfaithful with multi affairs, I(wife) has been faithful for our 61 yrs marriage. What am I dealing with. Now in Hosp phyiatric ward. Help, I am greiving
