Hi, Recently I Have Been Feeling Kind Of Light Headed,

hi, recently I have been feeling kind of light headed, idk if that is the right word for it. I don't really feel dizzy or anything but it's just this strange feeling in my head like I just feel sick I'm not really sure how else to put it. also my appetite has decreased drastically, I never really feel the desire to eat so basically i only eat when someone gives me food or when I realize I haven't eaten in a while. i also felt nauseous yesterday, thought I was going to throw up. that only happened once so far though so maybe it's not even related. any ideas on what's wrong with me?
