Hi Sever Diarrhea On Sat. Vomiting A Few Times Everything

hi sever diarrhea on sat. vomiting a few times everything stopped after a few hrs.. blood was about a 1 shot glass for about 3 episodes of the blood havent had a bowel since lower abdomen is very noisey but no pain and no blood since but dont know what will happen when i finally have a bowel movement i cant image not having blood????strange i guess the bowel is traumatized still I didnt take any antidiarrhea meds eating lite small but often and water
