Hi, Since Last August My Right Ear Feels Like It's

hi, since last August my right ear feels like it's constantly blocked and I cannot undo this. I also have a 'whooshing' sound in this same ear which is becoming more prominent. I am worried because with this I am now getting severe head and ear aches. What could be a plausible cause for this?
