hi sir 6 months before my knee was very pain while playing volleyball my MRI report was avulsion of the anterior cruciate ligament from its femoral attachment. Horizontal flap tear of the posterior horn of lateral meniscus. Mild synovial effusion. what is the best treatment for this problem.
