Hi Sir . I Am Suffering Form Varicocele Sonce 1

hi sir . I am suffering form varicocele sonce 1 year. when 1st it was happend with me i did nt recognize my dieses. then i went to the doctor and they given me some medicine for that .and i take medicine as per doc said .and i used to wear a supporter then after 5 month my pain was gone so I remove my supporter and quit medicine for a month and then again it was happend ..then i again went to a doc and he suggest me to take some reports ..luckly all reports are normal including [urine examination,semen culture and sensitivity and urine culture and sensitivity ]and in ultra sound it found grade 1 more on right side as comared to left side. and I have took a report of my semen analysis and tge seperm count 85 ml and morphology ...normal 60 and abnormal 40 ..and now from a month I am use to do exerise and i dont feel pain ....sir I have some question if you will help me out of it I will be very tgank full to you .
questions are:
1. is therr any serious problem with me or with my future life? because I am unmarried.
2. can i have sex ?
3. can i go abroad and work ?
4.can it will be okay without surgery ?
